Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yarn in it's orginal state (unwound and unused) can be returned with receipt within 45 days of purchase for a store credit.

Needles, crochet hooks, patterns, books, consginment items, and Soak products are non-returnable.

Shipping

Do you charge shipping?

Shipping is free for domestic orders over $200.

All other orders are charged a $8 flat shipping fee.

Yarn Winding

Do you offer yarn winding services?

Yes, we do!

In-store purchase - FREE!

Not all skeins can be wound - subject to staff discretion

Yarn will be wound in the order it is received and as staffing and shop hours allow.
