Crocheted Necklace Class August 2, 6-8pm

Make your own crocheted beaded necklace that can also be worn as a bracelet.

In this 2-hour class, you will learn the crocheted chain stitch and how to make a closure and attach beads.

The yarn, beading needle and crochet hook can be purchased at  Center of the Yarniverse. Your bead selection is your choice. My suggestion is for 4mm beads but you may certainly go up or down in size. Any bead size that will fit on your yarn will work. You may choose to do a monochromatic color scheme or something more colorful. Feel free to choose multiple size beads also. If you wish to have a pendant on the necklace, pick that bead out as well - I will have what you need to attach it to the necklace. Most of these items can be found at craft stores or Bangles and Beads in Carytown.  The choices are endless so have fun picking out your supplies! I look forward to seeing your choices and working with you as you create your necklace.
