Here is your chance to make something fun and functional, plus confidentially work a steek. Color work takes your knitting to a new level. In this virtual course, you will learn:
- Fair isle techniques, to include color selection.
- How to hold your yarn.
- Magic loop.
- How to work floats effectively.
- How to steek
- How to work button holes.
- Plenty of other extras!
You will work up a Fair Isle Coffee Cozy or Wrist Cuff
Yarn: Fingering weight yarn, 2 mini skeins work (approx. 100 yards each). High contrast between the skeins works best. One as a solid or tonal and the other can be variegated.
Buttons: 3, recommend ½” or less but it is knitters choice.
Needles: US 3 and 4 40” or greater or size needle to suit yarn and one size smaller.
Notions: Stitch markers, highlighter tape or magnetic pattern board.
